Thank you for your interest in Casa Gordon on the beautiful island of Cozumel. Our rental rates are based on a minimum week's stay to qualified groups of up to 20 people. This home is ideal for 14 adults and up to 6 children. 7 Bedrooms with private baths are available. One master bedroom has a king bed. Six courtyard bedrooms have a choice of king or twin beds, and the game room has three double size futons. Limit of two persons per room unless infant sleeps in crib or child on cot. One cot fits in a courtyard room, only three cots available. No cribs or high chairs available. Please note that there is no bathroom in game room and only children are allowed to occupy this room. Limit of children occupying the game room depends on their sizes and ages. Rooming list with bedding arrangements required 15 days before arrival. RATES: 8 DAYS and 7 NIGHTS entire 18,000 sq ft estate Includes Local Taxes, Daily Continental Breakfast and Daily Maid service. $12,600 for week Mid Season: May 1 - August 30 Special rate $11,200 for week Low Season: September 1 - October 30 $12,600 for week Mid Season: November 1 - November 30 $13,650 for week High Season: December 1 - April 30 $15,400 for weeks of Spring Break $19,600 for week of Christmas/New Year’s Holiday Above rates include a 5% cash discount for paying by cash/check/wire. Credit card payments available MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, please inquire. We consider weekend or discounted rentals on available dates at 90 days before arrival. Priced based on a pro-rated nightly seasonal rate. TERMS: Initial payment of constituting one-half of the total rental fee at the time of execution of rental agreement. The remaining rental fee is due and payable 45 days before arrival. No refunds due to reservation cancellation (Clause 6 of agreement) Travel insurance is recommended for possible reservation cancellation. Refunds for hurricanes (Clause 16 of agreement) SECURITY DEPOSIT: $3,000 US as a security deposit is due and payable 45 days before arrival. ($1,000 US designated for damage and $2,000 US for chef service) Credit card payments not available for security/chef service deposit. Please review the agreement you need to sign. Thanks. Casa Gordon offers two types of Chef Services: Both types of services include shopping, cooking and cleaning up. Due to a full time chef on staff year round, please understand that only the chef is allowed to cook and only light snack making is allowed in the kitchen. Final chef menu selections and payments due 15 days before arrival.
