Family style Chef Service Package Includes:
A welcome refreshment upon arrival
Since check-in time is 3:00 pm, there will be no breakfast or lunch on arrival
day. However, we can serve snacks from the Ultimate Menu upon request at
an additional charge.

Family Style Package Details
Services include shopping, cooking and cleaning up.
Breakfast and lunch served buffet style.
Dinner service includes wait staff for service. Staff nights off are Wednesdays
and Sundays. Guests are encouraged to dine at the many restaurants in San Miguel
on these nights.
Arrangements can be made for pizza delivery or dinners prepared in advance.
Additional wait staff or bartenders are available to serve food/drinks during
day.
Drinks and snacks are not included in our chef services. You can either purchase
your drinks and snacks or upon request, we can purchase them for you at cost
plus 20% of total receipt. Drink and snack menus are available.
Guacamole is not included, but available from our snack menu.
You can upgrade items for dinner such as lobster/steak/shrimp for an additional
charge.
Lunch: we offer two selections from the package menu and the side items.
We will need a specific count of which menu selection your guests prefers 15
days prior to your
arrival.
Dinnertimes for chef service package: 5, 6, or 7 PM at the latest.
No dinners served after 7 PM on the Family style Chef Package.
No dinners served after 7 PM without an additional charge per person. Increase
in dinner prices are due to staff overtime costs.
If entire party is more than 20 minutes late, the food will be placed in food
warmers and served buffet-style instead of formal wait service. This will ensure
that the food will remain hot and the staff can go home by 9 PM.

Whichever service is chosen, please note that the chef service must be
completely arranged 15 days prior to your arrival date. This includes both menu
selections and times of meal service. Each person can choose one entree from the
pre-arranged selections.
Once your menu selections have been made, a food and beverage deposit will be
assessed and collected to offset the cost of supplies and service for the
optional meals/menus 15 days prior to departure.
The Family Style Chef Service Package is only available for weekly rentals. In
order to take advantage of this low cost package, substitutions are not
permitted, especially on entrees offered and on meal times.
Due to a full time chef on staff year round, please understand that only the
chef is allowed to cook and only light snack making is allowed in the kitchen.
